Orders expected prior to our current ship out date that result in returns will be charged a $20 administrative fee. You may specify later ship dates in the comment box when ordering. Please note that you cannot receive your order prior to that time, since we cook your products to order. There is no charge for orders cancelled before 4pm EST on the same day placed. If an order must be cancelled for any reason and is not rescheduled, you will be charged a $20 administrative fee. Products Guarantee Credits will be issued only for food that does not arrive or arrives after the date and time of the start of your party (unless delivery attempt was made by courier service). We have tested our handling methods by test shipments of frozen food in the middle of summer from Hawaii to Texas with no cooler and no ice packs. The food arrived in fine condition. Considering that we ship your frozen food in cooler boxes with ice packs to withstand three days of travel, we will not credit food orders that arrive within the three day ship time. All items available on this site are weighed prior to cooking. Some of our cooking techniques (i.e. steaming lau lau) will reduce the weight, making a lighter post-cooking weight. Credits will not be issued if delivery attempt was made by courier service. On occasion, courier drivers (such as UPS and Fedex) will choose not to leave a package if the recipient is unavailable to accept the package. This may be that the delivery area is a high risk theft area, the area is not secure, etc. This decision is solely up to the driver. According to UPS and Fedex: If drivers typically leave packages if you are unavailable, then this will most likely happen. While this is against our policy that customer should make themselves available to receive the package, we understand that customer may have to leave for a short period.
