Luau Package Deal food items

Feel free to make substitutions. Choose a combination of lau lau (of the same price), split kalua meats between two kinds (use quantities available), etc. Substitutions are often made for poi, as some people do not require the amount included in the Package Deals. We allow poi to be substituted with any Kalua Meats or Lomi Salmon on a pound for pound basis, and vice versa. Please note that Kalua Turkey and Kalua Chicken are available in 12 oz. and 5 lb. packages only. When ordering, simply pick the luau package deal that suits your needs and in the COMMENTS section of the order form include something like:

Instead of 10.5 lb. of Poi please send:
3.5 lb. of Poi, 5 lb. of Kalua Turkey and 2 lb. of Lomi Salmon
